Today was one of the sweetest and most enjoyable days I’ve had in a long time. For the first time in a long time, I had that feeling of having your day pleasantly fly by while still being able to savour every moment.
Went back to Temasek in the early noon and saw a few faces I missed and didn’t realize I cherished, before heading over to Kuan Wei’s place. We met up with the rest of the guys after that and dropped by the Apple booth where Yuxiang and gang were working at, and proceeded to explore the rest of the COMEX Fair. Along the way I managed to get a few cheap shots in at Thien Soon. 
. I’d do well to protect my balls the next time I meet him again.
Met up with MS0701 classmates in the evening and went to watch Baybeats. A few bands were rather enjoyable: Peepshow and Lilac Saints among them. It was an opportunity for me to lose myself in enjoying music instead of overanalyzing it, but I don’t think I did too well on that front.
Sweet times like this are rare and few between. I’d best treasure them when they arrive.
I’m sitting here strumming away at the guitar with my thumb, switching between the few chords I know. Now, to write a song that doesn’t sound like Bob Dylan or Woody Guthrie.
Yeah right, who am I kidding. I’d be lucky if I wrote a song that DID sound like either of them.
